Time for something a little different.

Antipasto
A member of Ebuyer’s multimedia team went to Florence in the week and brought back a selection of Italian antipasto treats for us to sample.
We all enjoyed a selection of prosciutto and formaggio, or to you and me ham and cheese that were accompanied by ciabatta breads and olive oil and then we finished off the treat with some Italian biscottis.
I think we would all agree it was a refreshing change to the usual sugar based treats.

You wait until I go and then crack open the European meats? Unbelievable. I’d take some bresaola or proscuito over a slice of cake anyday!
