We were delighted to be named in The Times’ Business supplement last week as the best electricals retailer in Britain.
Yes, we have beaten the likes of Maplin, PC World and Amazon to the country’s number one spot and we want to shout about it!
In a survey carried out by strategy consultancy, OC&C, consumers were asked to rate retailers on a variety of criteria and the results were collated in a ‘Proposition Index’. The criteria included price, service, value, product quality, and how pleasant the customer found the shopping experience.
Ebuyer was the clear winner in the electricals category in Britain and since this was a survey of customers’ opinions, we couldn’t be happier!
While we crack open a celebratory bottle of champagne at Ebuyer HQ, why don’t you tell us the reasons why you shop with us – is it our prices, the quality of our products, our efficiency in delivering to your door, or something else?

Your prices are very competitive. Nobody comes close. Bought loads from you and have recommended you to friends (two of whom have purchased laptops). Your customer care (although in the past was poor) has changed beyond recognition!! The site is now easier to navigate since the re-design. Keep up the great work.

I’m not surprised by this. I have spent a lot with you personally and for my business because your prices are very good and because I can get things so amazingly quickly! I don’t have the time to wander around the likes of Curry’s & PC World.
You should have some kind of loyalty scheme though. And not a token one. I have spent over £2k with you and it would be nice to get an extra special deal for loyalty.
