We recently received a number of complaints from customers using the ‘image zoom’ functionality on the Ebuyer product pages when using the Google Chrome browser. Essentially any attempt to use the ‘zoomer’ would result in the problem illustrated below:

As well as web design, the designers here at Ebuyer are also responsible for a large amount of print work. Whether it is newspaper/magazine advertising, flyers, stickers or even mugs, we try our hand at most things.

So here’s a QuickTip® that I stumbled across completely by accident and continues to save lots of time. (This tip also works in Adobe Illustrator!)

So you’ve seen the fantastic ‘iPhone Twitter Giveaway‘ that starts this week and runs through July, but what’s this Twitter thing that everyone’s talking about?

Well, Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that enables its users to send and read other users’ updates – which are known as ‘tweets’. Every tweet has a maximum length of 140 characters. Still none the wiser? Well read on and hopefully things will become a little clearer.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock in recent times, you’ll have heard of Twitter. A day doesn’t go by without Twitter being mentioned online or in the media; you may have even found our blog whilst messaging on Twitter.

But did you know that Ebuyer have been on Twitter for a couple of months now? We’ve amassed 1,183 followers at the last count (and we’re always looking for more) and we’re successfully using Twitter to “Tweet” our latest deals, most notably for our “Deal of the Day”.
