The Ebuyer.com £1 clearance sale has now ended. We have received an overwhelming response with an unprecedented number of visitors to our site. This resulted in delays for people trying to access the site and many customers informed us that they could not reach the sale page. Thousands of you attempted to purchase a £1 item; some items were limited in stock while other items had several hundreds units available.

We understand that many of our customers could not get their hands on these deals, resulting in a degree of disappointment. However, we will be running many more sales and promotions and customers can look out for plenty of amazing offers for the rest of this week and beyond.

It’s rapidly approaching that time of year again. Halloween has been shunted to one side, in the lead up to the next major event in the holiday calendar. I am, of course, referring to Christmas. Right now in December 2011, Sat Navs, Netbooks and tablet PCs would make for suitable Christmas gifts. But what does the future hold? Let’s fast forward a few years, and consider what just might be possible by the year 2020.

Some would say that Motorola has never produced anything to match the quality of its Razr, which wowed tech fans when it was first released in 2004.

Its clamshell design was a game changer back in the day but since then, Motorola’s fortunes have declined, with its rivals producing phones that were technologically superior and much better looking.
